Amit’s real estate and property management background, coupled with his ANSI Food Protection Manager and ANSI Food Handler certifications, provide cost-effective solutions for restaurant owners and chefs while ensuring social responsibility. Growing up in a family that owned a restaurant, we saw first-hand the challenges that restaurant owners and chefs face every day. However, the rising living costs and unpredictable income in the restaurant industry can make it challenging to achieve these goals. Kitchen rental is a major component of our platform. Restaurant owners can earn extra income without any upfront investment by renting out their kitchens during off-hours to local culinary talent.
